Vocation Recruitment Ltd is closely associated with Vocation Training Ltd, which has been delivering government-funded Traffic Management training to unemployed individuals in the West Midlands for the past five years. Annually, we train over 250 West Midlands residents per year with TTMBC and T1/T2 certifications, with over half of them expressing an interest in Traffic Management agency roles.

Recognising the increasing demand for agency positions, the co-owners of Vocation Training, with prior industry and agency experience, established Vocation Recruitment Ltd in January 2023. Our aim is to expedite the employment of T1/T2 trainees, who traditionally enter the industry through other agencies, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience.

Vocation Recruitment currently comprises 100+ registered operatives from the West Midlands, willing to travel and equipped with compliant PPE. They uphold professionalism, instilled by their training with Vocation Training, prioritising safe and correct work. Their loyalty to Vocation Recruitment is rooted in their longstanding connection with Vocation Training.
