Vocator is an AI hiring platform built to make hiring smarter, faster, and fairer for everyone involved.

Founded originally as Source Coders in 2016, we spent nearly a decade helping companies find top talent through hands-on recruiting services. After years of seeing the challenges recruiters and candidates face firsthand (inefficient screening, bias in early filtering, and wasted time on mismatched interviews), we evolved.

Now, as Vocator, we’ve transformed that recruiting expertise into a powerful AI-driven software solution. Our platform streamlines every stage of the hiring journey, from sourcing and screening to personality assessments and intelligent shortlists, so companies can focus on connecting with the right candidates, not paperwork.

Vocator’s technology goes beyond keywords, matching candidates and employers based on hard skills, personality, and professional fit. For companies, that means faster hiring and higher-quality matches. For candidates, it means fair opportunities and a clear path to roles that truly align with their strengths.

We believe the future of hiring is human, enhanced by AI. Vocator is built to help teams make better decisions, build stronger connections, and fill roles faster.
