Garrett Lapping is a skilled architectural professional with extensive experience in mixed-use and corporate architectural design at Vocon since April 2021 as a Project Technical Designer. Prior to Vocon, Garrett served as an Architectural Designer and Project Manager at Sixmo Inc., managing diverse projects across residential, commercial, historical, and adaptive reuse sectors. Garrett began the career as a Designer I/II at AoDK, Inc., working on various project types and honing skills in documentation and presentation materials. Additional experience includes roles at the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, contributing to research and data collection for sustainable design projects. Garrett holds a Master of Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Cleveland State University.
