Michael Riad

Michael has more than 20 years of experience in Australia’s technology industry, delivering outstanding results in product management and development, sales, strategy and operations across small business, Enterprise and Government segments, and is a proven leader of large-scale strategic growth programs and transformation initiatives.

Prior to his current role as Acting COO, Michael led Vocus’ product development and management across Enterprise, Government and Wholesale customers, as well as the company’s Future State program and Project Management Office. He was previously General Manager, Vocus Transformation & Digitisation, leading a multi-year program to modernise, simplify and consolidate legacy networks and systems to improve and differentiate the customer experience and increase operational efficiency.
