Simon Lewin

Simon leads the legal, risk and regulatory affairs functions, and was appointed as General Counsel & Company Secretary in August 2019.

Simon has a decade of legal experience in the telecommunications industry. He joined the Vocus team as Senior Legal Counsel in 2016 and was subsequently appointed to the role of Deputy General Counsel in 2018, from which time he oversaw the legal and compliance functions. In 2019, the legal team was named as a finalist in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Team of the Year category of the Lawyers' Weekly Corporate Counsel Awards.

Simon’s past experience includes roles with Cadbury Schweppes and Mills Oakley Lawyers, where he gained extensive experience across Corporate Advisory, M&A and strategy development, Information Technology and competition regulation.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business Information Systems from Monash University.
