Alex Smith

Alex Smith is a seasoned professional in product management and customer experience, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at VodafoneZiggo since October 2018, focusing on enhancing video entertainment in the Netherlands. In parallel, Alex is the Founder of Simply Bamboo South Africa, which promotes sustainability by addressing plastic pollution and advocating for natural alternatives. Previous experience includes various roles at Vodacom from 2015 to 2018, where Alex specialized in customer experience design and consulting. Additionally, Alex has a background in dance as a Breakdance Instructor at DS Dance Studios and Katz School of Dance from 2011 to 2015.
