Alison Morgan is the Group Head of Skills, having previously served as the Global Skills Lead and Learning & Development Senior Manager at Vodafone from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, Alison was a Learning & Talent Senior Manager at Accenture from 2007 to 2020 and a Senior Consultant at Assessment & Development Consultants Ltd from 1998 to 2006. Alison holds a Master of Science (MSc) from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Experimental Psychology from the University of Sussex, along with additional studies at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in 2019.
