Bárbara Proença

Bárbara Proença is currently the Cyber Security GRC Lead at Vodafone Portugal, where they are part of the GRC team. They previously served as a Cyber Security Specialist at the same company and worked as an Information Security Consultant at LAYER8 from 2020 to 2022. Before that, Bárbara was a Cyber Security Senior Consultant at Inetum, managing various GDPR and ISO 27001 projects from 2019 to 2020, and an IT Consultant at Capgemini from 2016 to 2019. Educated at multiple institutions, Bárbara holds a Master's degree in Information Security from Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa, a post-graduate qualification in Cybersecurity from Universidade Europeia, and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração de Lisboa.
