Baris Ocal

Baris Ocal is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in project management and software development, currently serving as an IT Delivery Manager at Vodafone since December 2014. Previously, Baris held various positions at Alcatel-Lucent, including Project Manager Senior Expert, where significant projects such as the Auto Discovery and Reconciliation Project for Turk Telekom and the UMS Project for Bakcell were successfully managed. Baris's earlier roles involved technical project management and software engineering in diverse projects across multiple telecommunications companies, demonstrating expertise in leading multinational teams, delivering complex software solutions, and managing the full project lifecycle.
