Daniel Martiška is currently serving as Legal Counsel at Vodafone, supporting business teams in the provision and sale of services, including public procurement. Additionally, they hold the position of Head of the Public Procurement and Competition Section at Unie podnikových právníků ČR since 2024. Previously, Daniel worked as a Company Lawyer at UPC Česká republika, s.r.o. from 2018 to 2020. Daniel has earned a Master’s degree in Law and Jurisprudence from Charles University and an Engineer degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Economics in Prague.
