Ella Slade

Ella Slade currently serves as the Diversity and Inclusion Leader for LGBT+ Inclusion at Vodafone since July 2023. In addition to this role, Ella holds voluntary positions as President and Executive Committee Member at the London Royals Hockey Club since August 2019, and as a Diversity Equity and Inclusion Advisory Group Member for England Hockey until April 2024. Previously, Ella was a Non-Executive Director for Mission Beyond, a social enterprise focused on social mobility, from September 2021 to September 2023. Ella has extensive experience at IBM from July 2014 to June 2023, culminating in the role of Global LGBTQ+ Leader, overseeing inclusion activities for the LGBT+ community worldwide, in addition to serving as a Global Recruitment Communications Specialist and European Recruitment Marketing Support. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies with a focus on Marketing from Bayes Business School (2012-2016) and A Levels from Arnold Hill Academy Sixth Form (2010-2012).
