Ellis Mitchell

Ellis Mitchell is an experienced professional with a background in telecommunications and project management spanning over three decades. Ellis began a career in the Royal Air Force (RAF) as a Telecommunications Engineer, where six years of service included extensive training in Electronics, IT, and Telecommunications, along with various leadership roles. Transitioning to the private sector, Ellis worked at Orange as a Network Controller, managing network operations and fault resolution. Subsequent roles at Vodafone included Finance Workstream Lead, where responsibilities encompassed senior leadership in a large transformation program, and Project Manager in IT Resilience, focusing on business continuity management improvements. At O2 UK, Ellis served as an Internal Consultant, driving efficiency and customer value through cross-functional collaborations. Recently, Ellis took on the role of Operations Manager for The Happy At School Project.
