Emma Pell

Emma Pell is an accomplished HR Director and Senior Business Partner with extensive experience in leading HR teams across multiple countries in complex, matrix environments. Previously, they held positions at Motorola Mobility and Vodafone, where they played key roles in organisational design, employee engagement, and talent management. Emma has successfully managed HR services for large populations, including 1,100 employees at Motorola Mobility EMEA. They earned a Master's degree in Personnel and Development from De Montfort University and a Law degree from Manchester Metropolitan University.
