Emma Smith

Emma Smith is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Cyber Security, Technology Strategy & IT Architecture Director at Vodafone since August 2015, Emma has held multiple significant positions including Global Cyber Security Director and Cyber Security, Technology Assurance and Technology Strategy Director. Prior roles include membership on the Global Cyber Security Advisory Board at Dell Technologies, the National Cyber Advisory Board with the Cabinet Office, and the CISO Group Chair for the European Round Table for Industry. Emma also acts as an Independent Cyber Security Advisor for Tesco and is involved with the Executive Security Action Forum. Previous experiences encompass leadership at NatWest Group and RBS, where Emma contributed as Director Security & Resilience and Chief Information Security Officer, respectively. Emma has also been a member of the IBM Security Advisory Board.
