Era Ibi possesses a diverse range of experience in the finance and banking sector, beginning with a teller/customer service role at FED invest, followed by an assistant position at Union Bank Albania. Expertise in financial analysis was further developed in roles as an Audit Analyst at Deloitte and a Tax Associate at PwC Albania and Kosovo, focusing on tax consulting and compliance. In October 2025, Era Ibi transitioned into a Commercial Finance Analyst position at Vodafone. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Finance with a high distinction from the University of Tirana, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, also from the same institution.
