Freshta Schelp is a seasoned digital consultant with extensive experience in developing and enhancing data-driven digital products, as well as operational implementation roles such as Product Owner and Scrum Master. Freelancing from January 2019 to January 2023, Freshta provided expertise in product development. Prior roles include Product Manager for Mobile Banking at Deutsche Postbank, Senior Project Manager and Manager of Mobile Applications at DocCheck Medical Services, and various positions at SABiDU OHG and FCO Company GmbH. Currently, Freshta serves as Senior Expert Customer Experience at Vodafone. Academically, Freshta holds two Magister degrees in Kommunikationsforschung und Phonetik, Mensch-Maschine-Kommunikation, and BWL, Anglistik, Neuere Geschichte from Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn.
