Guy Peyton

Guy Peyton currently serves as the Head of Software Engineering Shared Services & Global Capability Transformation at Vodafone, a role held since October 2016. In this position, Guy is part of the senior management team within Vodafone Technology Shared Services, overseeing a central Software Engineering function that supports over 10,000 employees across multiple markets globally. Responsibilities include creating and implementing Software Engineering services, driving best practices, and enhancing productivity standards. Prior to Vodafone, Guy held the position of Vertical Service Lead for Quality Engineering & Assurance at Cognizant, where duties included conducting QA process maturity evaluations for various industry sectors in the UK and Ireland. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Tech Mahindra, BT, and Venation, focusing on customer engagement, platform delivery, and operations management. Guy holds a BEng degree in Computers, Management, and Electronics from The University of Salford.
