Inês Luz is an experienced professional in digital marketing and e-commerce, currently serving as the E-commerce Chapter Lead and Product Owner for the Digital Sales squad at Vodafone since January 2017. Responsibilities include managing the B2C website vodafone.pt, optimizing website journeys, and collaborating with marketing and brand teams. Prior experience spans from September 2004 to October 2016 at Portugal Telecom, where roles included Digital Marketing Manager and Internet Product Manager, focusing on digital communication for the MEO brand and enhancing online sales processes. Inês holds an MSc in Economics from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, a Master's in Marketing Management from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, and an Erasmus degree in Economics from Københavns Universitet.
