Jan Helcl

Jan Helcl is a Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Vodafone Czech Republic, where they focus on transforming machine learning initiatives into impactful solutions. With a background in campaign optimization, experimentation, and analytics, Jan has transitioned to architecture, MLOps, and mentoring. Prior to their role at Vodafone, Jan held positions as a consultant and intern at PwC Czech Republic, developing machine learning tools and models. Currently, they also manage independent ML projects, including ValuAgent and Glideator, which showcase their innovative approach to product development. Jan earned a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance & Accounting and a Master's degree in Financial Engineering from the University of Economics, Prague, with a brief exchange at The University of British Columbia.
