Joe Broad is the founder and CEO of Novocaddy, a healthtech startup focused on developing smart, portable solutions to keep insulin safe in real-world conditions. Motivated by the challenges of living with Type 1 diabetes, Joe leverages a strong background in project and programme management gained through roles at Kyndryl and Vodafone, where they led significant technology transitions. Currently, Joe is part of the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme and the West Midlands Health Tech Innovation Accelerator, working to advance Novocaddy's mission of enhancing safety and quality of life for people with diabetes globally.
