Joscelyn Wright (née Lester) is a business psychologist specializing in leadership development with a keen interest in the role of self-awareness in leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Leadership Development Manager at Vodafone, Joscelyn partners with clients globally to enhance leadership through assessments and workshops. Previously, Joscelyn worked at YSC in various consultancy roles and gained experience in executive search at Berwick Partners, focusing on senior leadership placements in the not-for-profit and technology sectors.
