Kate Morrison

Kate Morrison is a Senior Digital Policy Manager at Vodafone, having previously held roles as an International Negotiator and Civil Servant. Kate’s experience includes serving as a Senior Policy Adviser and handling telecommunications negotiations for the UK with India, New Zealand, and Australia at the Department for International Trade. Prior to this, Kate worked as a Policy Adviser at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government and as a Graduate Trainee at Chelmsford City Council. Kate earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Nottingham and completed a CTPL Certificate in the Fundamentals of Trade Negotiations at Carleton University.
