Katja Schmidt

Katja Schmidt has extensive experience in project management and organizational development, having worked at Vodafone Kabel Deutschland GmbH from May 2013 to February 2019 as a Projektmanagerin im Bereich Organisationsmanagement. Following this, Katja held multiple roles at Vodafone, including Mentorin, where support was provided to younger colleagues facing daily challenges, and Senior Expert Culture & Change, focusing on transformation projects, organizational culture, and systemic coaching. Prior experience includes serving as a Manager at Accenture from September 2006 to April 2013 and as an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers AG from January 2005 to August 2006. Academic qualifications include a Diplom-Kauffrau in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Universität Bayreuth and an Auslandsstudium in Business Administration from Otaru University of Commerce in Japan.
