Mark Reardon

Mark Reardon is currently the UK Security Controller at Vodafone, where they focus on improving team dynamics and exploring the psychological factors behind success. With extensive experience across various roles in technical, finance, and security sectors, Mark has held positions such as Lead Major Incident Manager and Corporate Security Compliance Manager at Vodafone. Prior to that, they worked at Ericsson as a Front Office Operational Shift Lead and served in the Royal Air Force as an Air Defence RADAR Mechanic. Mark holds an HND in Business from the University of Staffordshire.
