Mark Shallcross

Mark Shallcross is currently the Head of Managed Service for Vodafone, where they provide leadership to a matrix team focused on bespoke solutions for a major managed service customer. With a decade of experience at Vodafone, they previously served as Space Programme Director, bringing satellite communications to smartphones and leading significant initiatives in IoT and business transformation. Earlier in their career, Shallcross held roles as Programme Manager at Capgemini, overseeing retail and finance sector implementations, and as Programme Director at Matalan Retail Ltd, where they directed a major EPOS deployment across numerous stores.
