Phil Carter

Phil Carter is a retired professional with a rich background in telecommunications and solution architecture. They began their career as a Project Manager at Philips Business Systems from 1989 to 1996, followed by roles as a Technical Consultant at Energis from 1998 to 2000 and a Solution Consultant at Cable&Wireless from 2000 to 2013. Currently, Phil serves as a Solution Architect at Vodafone since 2013 and is semi-retired with Ex Vodafone since 2018. Phil holds a degree in Telecommunications from Openshaw Technical College, where they studied from 1979 to 1982.
