Robin Williams

Robin Williams is a Senior Manager in Managed Engineering Services, with a rich history in service and operations management within telecommunications. They previously held roles such as Service Experience Manager and Service Manager at Cable & Wireless Worldwide, where they focused on incident management and customer service improvement. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Network Support Engineer, gaining expertise in network management across various platforms. Robin holds a PGCE in Combined Science from The Manchester Metropolitan University, a Master of Research in Molecular and Cellular Biology from University College London, and a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Greenwich.
