Rupal Vaidya

Rupal Vaidya is an accomplished artist, illustrator, and writer currently working independently since April 2020. Prior to this, Rupal held various leadership positions at Vodafone from 2007, including Vice President of Customer Experience for Products & Segments, General Manager of VAS Customer Experience, and Content Head for Value Added Services. Rupal's creative career includes roles as Creative Director at FTV India and Buena Vista Television India from 2001 to 2007, and as Editor and Senior Correspondent at Network 18 from 1993 to 1999. Rupal's academic background includes a Master's degree in Mass Communication from the Mass Communication Research Centre at Jamia Millia Islamia and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Indraprastha College for Women, Delhi University.
