Scott Tuffnell

Scott Tuffnell is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Global Lead for Early Careers at Vodafone since September 2019, Scott is responsible for leading teams across London, Germany, and India in sourcing talent across various sectors. Previously held roles include Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruitment Business Partner at Vodafone, Senior Talent Research Partner at Elements Talent Consultancy, and Recruitment Business Partner at Sky. Earlier in Scott's career, recruitment roles were undertaken at Gympass, Badenoch & Clark UK, and The Emerald Group, focusing on diverse markets and client needs. Scott holds a BSc in Psychology with German from the University of the West of England.
