Sofia Karamoustou has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked at Vodafone from 1999 to 2010. Initially serving as an MTX Engineer, Sofia was responsible for incident handling, fault management, and troubleshooting. Subsequently, in the role of Network & Service Operations Senior Engineer and Service Delivery, Sofia managed outsourced contracts for Spare Parts Management Services within Vodafone's network. Sofia then progressed to the position of Team Leader of the telecommunication centre at Vodafone Greece, where responsibilities included the coordination and management of human resources within the digital telecom centre. Sofia holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical Engineering from Aristoteleion Panepistimion Thessalonikis, obtained from 1992 to 1998.
