Steve McNally

Steve McNally is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT and telecommunications, currently serving as a Global Service Partner at Vodafone since September 2014. In this role, Steve is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery to Vodafone's largest customers, managing a team that encompasses service managers, technical leads, security specialists, and engineers. Prior to Vodafone, Steve held significant positions, including Principal Consultant at Vodafone Consultancy and Innovation, Head of Group Infrastructure Telecoms at RWE IT UK Ltd, Information Technology Manager at Anchor Trust, and Head of IT at Helly Hansen. Steve possesses a strong background in managing complex ICT programs, leading substantial organizational changes, and developing innovative IT strategies. Steve earned a Higher National Diploma in Business Management and Marketing from Swansea University.
