Svenja Layer

Svenja Layer is currently the Head of Digital Service at Vodafone, where they lead the creation and development of digital self-service solutions for customers. With a strong background in sales, product, and project management, Svenja previously held roles including Account Manager at Hays and Product Manager at Hilti Deutschland AG. They earned a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Universität Duisburg-Essen and a Bachelor of Arts in Retail Management from Europäische Fachhochschule Rhein/Erft. Svenja is passionate about empowering teams and driving innovation through customer-oriented solutions.
