Tom Lloyd

Tom Lloyd is an experienced commercial manager currently working at Vodafone since October 2022. Previously, Tom held various roles at Centrica from October 2017 to October 2022, including business development manager, where new commercial opportunities for British Gas Energy were identified and delivered, alongside relationship building with key decision-makers. Tom also served as a marketing campaign planner and analyst, managing marketing campaigns and utilizing CRM activities to drive growth, and as a value modelling analyst, calculating customer lifetime value and leveraging data insights. Prior experience includes roles at American Express as a customer care professional, Apple as a specialist, and Boots UK as a customer assistant. Tom earned a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from the University of Southampton and completed A Levels in Law, Geography, History, and Economics at Sussex Downs College.
