Tushar Mate

Tushar Mate is an experienced Lead Solution Architect at Vodafone since November 2022, overseeing a team for Home broadband Mobile projects, with responsibilities in project delegation, High-Level Design (HLD) reviews, technology initiatives, management reporting, and team expansion. Prior to this role, Tushar served as a Solution Architect at PRODAPT (UK) LIMITED, leading an IT Transformation project for a Tier 1 Energy client, where contributions included High Level Design preparation and stakeholder collaboration. Tushar also held the position of Principle Solution Architect at Tech Mahindra, focusing on CRM Data Migration to AWS, and has had prior roles as Sr Solution Architect at Hansen Technologies and Senior IT Business Analyst at Mphasis. Tushar holds a Master's degree in Systems Management from SIMSREE, completed in January 2002.
