Volker Beyer

Volker Beyer is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) with extensive experience in system planning and security within the telecommunications sector. They worked at Vodafone from 2003 to 2008 and again from 2018 to 2022 in various roles, including Senior Expert OSS Design Authority and Security Expert Cyber Security & Continuity. Earlier in their career, they served as a DBA and Unix system administrator at Carl Zeiss SMT GmbH and Oracle. Volker holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Westfälische Hochschule and a PSM1 certification from SCRUM, both obtained in the early 1990s. Currently, they are pursuing a PMP certification with PMI.
