Fred Sullivan

Fred Sullivan is a Senior Team Leader in Incident Management at VodafoneThree, where they manage the response to major incidents affecting core national infrastructure. They previously held various roles at Vodafone, including Senior Team Manager—Incident Management, and made significant contributions to improving incident management processes. Fred has also worked as an Incident Manager at Cable&Wireless Worldwide and has a Bachelor of Arts in Religions and Theology from The University of Manchester. Additionally, Fred holds an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and is BC and SC cleared.
