Jack Young

Jack Young is currently the Lead Digital Product Manager at VodafoneThree, where they focus on access and in-life customer journeys. They have extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, having previously held roles at Vodafone, including Assurance Specialist and Digital Product Manager. Jack's earlier career included positions as a Team Manager at Vertex Customer Management and a Recruitment Consultant at JAM Recruitment. They obtained a degree in Genetics from the University of Liverpool and are pursuing a Senior Leaders Apprenticeship in Business Administration and Management at Henley Business School.
