Jason Smith is an experienced professional in service design and management, currently serving as a Service Design Manager and previously as a Service Transition Manager at Three. since July 2016. Prior to this, Jason accumulated a decade of expertise at Ericsson as a Senior Problem Manager, where responsibilities included vendor and stakeholder management, as well as utilizing MS Access databases for incident trending and proactive problem identification. Jason's early career includes a role as a Radio Networks Back Office Engineer at Vodafone from 2000 to 2003. Jason holds a BTEC HNC in Telecommunications Engineering from Reading College, completed in 1996.
