Jo Hadwin

Jo Hadwin currently serves as the Head of Security Governance, Risk & Compliance at Three UK since October 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of the Telecommunications Security Act code of practice. Previously, Jo held the role of Associate Director of IT Security - Risk & Compliance at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, leading a cross-regional team to enhance global governance, risk, and compliance alignment, while also managing security policy lifecycles. Earlier experience includes various leadership roles at GE Capital, focusing on governance, risk frameworks, and operational effectiveness, and at GE Money as a Senior Service Analyst. Jo’s background in service improvement began at Computacenter, with a focus on process re-engineering to meet contractual obligations. Educational qualifications include several certifications and degrees from institutions such as General Electric, Greenwich College, and Marlborough School.
