Jonathan Call has over 18 years of experience in revenue assurance and billing operations, currently serving as Revenue Assurance Manager at Three UK since August 2014. In this role, Jonathan has contributed to the transformation of the Revenue Assurance Team into a proactive entity, previously working within the Technology and Operations division managing accurate charging, revenue stream controls, and compliance with OFCOM regulations. Prior to joining Three UK, Jonathan held roles at Ericsson from April 2005 to August 2014, including Head of Billing Operations and Tariffs, and Billing Operation Team Lead. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics from Swansea University, completed in 1999.
