Mark Heeson serves as the Head of Programme Management for the Core Network at Three UK since September 2022, overseeing finance, governance, and project delivery. Previously, Mark was the Head of Service Delivery at Ericsson, managing end-to-end presales and delivery for Vodafone UK's network transformation programmes. As Program Director at Ericsson Digital Services, Mark led the complete delivery of network transformation projects for Vodafone UK. With extensive experience at Ericsson from 2005 to 2018, Mark held various roles including Programme Manager, Senior Customer Project Manager, Customer Project Manager, Senior Solution Architect, and Service Delivery Manager, focusing on telecommunications solutions and project delivery. Mark holds a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nottingham Trent University, earned between 1990 and 1995.
