Mike Eales

Mike Eales is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in network services strategy and architecture. Currently serving as the Head of Network Services Strategy and Architecture at Three UK since April 2010, Mike leads a groundbreaking Telco Cloud Network Transformation program, overseeing the evolution strategy for various network components and governing design and delivery. Previous roles include Managing Architect at Sky, where Mike contributed to business support systems architecture, and Head of Service Platforms at Three UK, where strategic and solution design for service delivery platforms was a focus. Mike's career also includes significant positions at Orange as Manager of Service Middleware and as a Senior Engineer at Vodafone UK. An alumnus of The University of Manchester, Mike holds a First Class BEng degree in Electronic Engineering.
