Mike Smart has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Data Center Deployment Lead at Three UK since December 2012, with a background that includes various engineering and leadership roles. Prior to this, Mike worked at Ericsson from 2005 to December 2012, progressing through positions such as Network Solutions Environment Technical Lead and Data Centre Manager. Mike began his career at Three UK as an Equipment Room Engineer from 2001 to 2005, following a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physics from the University of Bath, earned between 1990 and 1993.
