Michael Cadek

Michael Cadek is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades in various high-level roles. Currently serving as IT Manager for the Business Unit "Warehouse & Rack Solutions" at voestalpine, Michael has previously held prominent positions at Takeda, where contributions included establishing a new Data Governance function and ensuring alignment with global IT strategies. Additional experience includes key roles at ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG, leading enterprise architecture and managing IT project portfolios, as well as significant positions at Oracle and Sun Microsystems, focusing on sales, project management, and technical consulting. Michael began a successful career at IBM, developing a strong technical foundation in software development and consulting. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Technische Universität Wien.
