Leo Koster

Leo Koster has been working in the business solutions industry since 1994. Leo began their career at AllSolutions as Management and eventually became the CEO in 2009. During their tenure as CEO, Leo was responsible for boosting revenues by 60%, increasing the number of customers by 40%, and increasing the average turnover per customer by 15%. Leo also implemented a new strategic focus and increased the number of employees from 25 to 40. In 2015, Leo founded both VOGSY and GeeFirm, providing online business solutions for medium and large enterprises. At VOGSY, Leo is responsible for turning vision into growth and transforming the latest technology into business solutions. At GeeFirm, Leo helps organizations transform their infrastructure for growth and innovation by bringing them mobile first cloud solutions.

Leo Koster began their educational journey in 1981 at VU Amsterdam University, studying Political Sciences. In 1983, they transferred to the University of Amsterdam, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Sciences in 1987.
