Prior experience includes an Executive Recruiter role at Victoria's Secret from 1990 to 2002. Jay earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago-College of Business Administration.
