Ariel Schäffer

Ariel Schäffer is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Head of Operations for Germany at Voi Technology since August 2019. With a strong background in strategic operations management, Ariel has successfully led operations in Stuttgart and Karlsruhe and launched Voi in Brussels, Belgium, while managing the rollout of a new scooter model across major DACH markets. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Development and Strategy Analyst intern at Daimler Mobility Services GmbH, where responsibilities encompassed project coordination and stakeholder management. As a District Operations Manager at Lidl US, Ariel oversaw multiple store openings in both Germany and Ireland. Earlier career achievements include serving as a Store Manager at UNIQLO, where financial analysis, inventory control, and team development were key responsibilities. Ariel holds an MBA in International Management from ESB Business School and a B.S. in Apparel Merchandising from Indiana University Bloomington.
