Michael Duc

Michael Duc is an experienced professional with a robust background in strategy and operations, currently serving as a Senior City Success Manager at Voi Technology since November 2021. In this role, Michael oversees three of the UK's largest e-scooter schemes, managing full P&L ownership and making cross-functional decisions at the city level. Previously, Michael held the position of Senior Business & Strategy Analyst at Africell Group, where responsibilities included managing sales teams across three markets, redesigning sales tracking systems to exceed targets, and conducting financial forecasting and variance analysis. Michael's career began with an internship at Fransabank SAL, focusing on investment banking and financial management fundamentals. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Warwick and a BBA in Finance from the American University of Beirut, along with a French Baccalaureate in Economics.
