Gary Baron

Founder at Voice Systems Engineering

Gary Baron has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Gary is the founder of Plasma Futures, where they utilize Plasma Directed Electron Beam technology for various applications. Prior to this, they founded Voice Systems Engineering, Inc (VSE, Inc) and played a key role in setting the vision and alignment of high-performing teams. Gary also founded Novotorium, LLC, an incubator for accelerating potential in the health, wellness, and nutrition space. Gary was a partner at encode.org, focused on transforming organizations into Holacratic structures. In addition, they worked as a principal consultant and investor in the telecommunications industry and founded Interfast Associates, Inc, where they developed automated systems for government procurement contracts. Gary's earlier experiences include working on projects for GE and Fisher and Porter Controls as a project manager and design engineer, respectively.

Gary Baron has a diverse educational background. Gary pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in BioMedical and Electrical Engineering from Temple University from 1974 to 1978. Following that, they attended the University of Pennsylvania from 1978 to 1979 to study Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering. Later, Gary furthered their education by obtaining an MBA degree in Marketing and Computer Science from Temple University between 1980 and 1982.
