Gerald Marolda has over 20 years of experience in the business world. Gerald began their career in 1995 as a Private Wealth Manager at Morgan Stanley, where they provided financial guidance and management to high net worth clients. In 1998, they joined Bell Labs Lucent Technologies as Vice President of Sales. In 2000, they moved to AT&T, where they held the role of Regional Vice President. In 2007, they co-founded VoiceCloud, where they served as Co-Founder and CEO. VoiceCloud is the leading provider of Cloud based Voice to Text Transcription Applications and Voice Services. In 2017, they co-founded VCloud Interactive, a subsidiary of VoiceCloud LLC, where they serve as Co-Founder and CEO. VCloud Interactive provides cloud technology that enables their clients to automate mission-critical voice communications and business processes.

Gerald Marolda has a degree from Western State College of Law. Gerald also holds certifications in Series 31 - Futures Managed Funds, Series 63 - Uniform Securities State Law, Series 65 - Uniform Investment Adviser Law, Series 66 - Uniform Combined State Law, and Series 7 - General Securities.
